halal food comfortable bed
The hotel is located near the sultan mosque and halal food is very easy to obtain. beds and pillows were really comfortable. My wife has back issues, but she found enough support for good rest.
the breakfast options didn't vary much each day.

modern machines fresh water
The gym had modern machines and equipment. I used the water dispenser there and the water tasted very fresh. The location is convenient to shopping and food.

convenient location friendly team
i found the location convenient. i appreciated the proximity to halal restaurants. i used the laundromat and tokens were purchased at reception. senan and the concierge team were friendly and nothing was too much trouble, especially during the hair dryer emergency!!!
the isolation between rooms was very poor!!! i heard the neighbors in the next room. the hotel provided no complimentary water in the room.

harvin, the front desk officer, was very helpful with an early check-in. the team ensures guests feel well-cared. senan and the concierge team provided excellent and friendly support and were very attentive to all needs.
